We manufacture virtually every conceivable spring type in a range of materials including beryllium copper, tungsten, phosphor bronze, copper, brass, nickel alloys, carbon steel, stainless steel and polymers.

Don’t be fooled by our name, we produce springs in a range of sizes from 0.1mm to 20mm. Batch sizes range from one to millions with the same exacting standards applied to all. In addition to springs, we are experienced in the manufacture of a vast array of 3 dimensional wire forms. Robust tailored inspection and testing regimes ensure that production remains well within engineering tolerance requirements throughout the product or batch lifecycle.

Smaller quantities or more demanding designs go through our hand-made 'DAB' department where our time-served craftspeople take the product right through the manufacturing process. Larger volumes are processed by our CNC Automatic section using state-of-the-art machines designed to retain the same tight tolerances.
