MSP offers a wide range of metal stampings in a vast array of materials, including exotic alloys, which are custom manufactured to customer specific requirements.

 

With over 55 years of experience, our team of dedicated engineers have the knowledge and expertise required to produce industry leading metal stampings for a wide variety of applications in a range of industry sectors. From the challenges faced in hostile deep ocean environments to space application, MSP has the experience to produce quality metal stampings to exacting specifications.

With blanking capacity up to 125 tonnes and a machining capability, we are able to produce metal stampings in the same quantities and materials as our springs, to the same exacting industry leading standards.

Under One Roof 

For higher volumes, we have CNC Strip Formers and Punch Presses enabling us to provide you with cost savings for your project. From flat sheet to formed and assembled components, everything is done in our factory in Redditch, reducing lead times and ensuring the same high level of control and tolerance is maintained.  

Industry Accredited 

MSP hold NADCAP accreditation for Heat Treatment and Tensile Testing. Also having inhouse machining centres ensures our customers have MSP quality, controlled at each stage of the
manufacturing process.  

Our extensively equipped tool room includes CAD, EDM and machining centres produce our tooling internally,  reducing turn-around time from prototype and ensures the highest standard of quality each and every time. 

Complex Assemblies   

In addition to our individual metal stampings, a large proportion of our work involves the production of complex assemblies involving a number of manufactured components.
